Description
The Sound Engineer's Tool, audio THD analyzer. This PDA-size sound analyzer is an invaluable aid in analyzing and optimizing the audio experience in any venue. Apart from its compact size, it features an impressive number of built-in functions: 2-channel Real Time Differential Analysis, 2-channel Sound Pressure Level Meter, Real Time Difference Analyzer, Phase Analyzer, RT60 Decay Time Meter, THD+N Meter and Room Equalization Calculator. The ability of the 4U2SET to simultaneously see the difference between 2 inputs provides a whole new way to analyze sound. One measurement microphone monitors the sound from the speakers while the second input comes directly from the mixer output. This allows the operator to read the difference between the mix and actual sound outputs. With an extra measurement mic, users can send the second input through a separate mic preamp so a comparison between different locations or inputs can assessed.
